first of all, why would you starve yourself and work out. That will obviously get you no where. You have to eat something even if you want to lose weight. I'm not sure but i think that your metabolim got lower, meaning your body works slowy to digest food, even though you only drank water. seriously, for Pete's sake, dont be a fool and start eating.

P.S. you CAN'T gain a freaking pound of muscle unless you eat.

If you are literally "starving" yourself, you will not lose weight. Your body goes into "starvation mode" and actually STOPS burning calories in order to keep you alive. You MUST eat, especially breakfast. If you don't eat before exercising, the exercise will NOT burn calories. Try eating small meals with lots of fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein throughout the day. With this diet and exercise (and lots of water) you WILL lose weight.

You are not eating enough. Your body needs fuel. If you do not get enough to each your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to every calorie. Try eating healthy foods like proteins, veggies, and whole wheats. Also drink lots of water. You'll lose weight.

Nothing...except your weight loss plan. Starving yourself slows your metabolism, which causes you to gain weight. Eat small meals throughout the day, get plenty of fruits and veggies. You will lose weight.

You are losing weight. Dont get discouraged. It is muscle you are gaining. It always first shows as gain. Don't worry you will eventually see the scale go down

The bodies response to starvation (called dieting by silly american girls) is to alter the metabolism to store energy.
Calorie burning is reduced to compensate for the starvation factor and save the body.
Someday, silly dieters will start to understand.

haha funny story.

be like me, eat loads of food and excercise. eat the right foods (soluble fiber food, rice, pasta, meats, fish) and you will lose weight while you eat lot's of food. if you don't lose the weight it will turn into muscle.

unless you must weigh x-lbs don't worry about putting on muscle weight. don't forget your muscle is denser so you might actually look thinner and weigh more.
