I hear turkey is good. what else is there?
What kind of food/drinks should i stay away from ?

drink wise- lots of water, that burns off and is good for your overall health, you can also make your own juice from fruits and vegetables if you have a juicer, food wise- eat fruits and vegetables, they will not make you gain weight and give you nutrients to keep you alert and full of energy. make sure you get meat and grain protein and as long as you burning more calories than your taking in you will lose/maintain your weight.

Celery has -0 calories because you burn calories while eating it... But for wrestling you want protein meats, beans, and veggies are very good...

stay away from coke.you could put a sugar cube in it to get rid of the acid

To work out because if you don't you'll gain more than muscles.carbohydrate without activity
turns to sugar and sugar turns to FAAAAAAAT.
