I don't have a problem with fat on my stomach but for some reason my lower back /butt has a farther back "love handle" look and I can't seem to get it to go away. Crunches work my upper and mid abs but nothing else. Who has a killer stomach that can help me?

The problem that you'll face in doing cardio only, is that you'll start actually burning some of the lean muscle that you're building through your weight routine. I'd recommend keeping a weight training routine, as it will grow lean muscle mass and burn more calories throughout the day when you're in a resting state. Running absolutely can burn off your chest fat. The best way to look at burning your fat is how many total calories will you be burning in your run? If you are able to burn more calories than you take in on a daily basis, as long as your diet is clean, you'll start seeing that chest fat and all other fat stores disappear. Take a look at your diet and see if there is anything that may be causing your fat loss to not happen. Lots of lean meats and vegetables should do the trick.
