I don't care if I'm outta shape! I'd rather live the way I am than having to get IN shape, unless in shape beats outta shape.

It has nothing to do with being in shape or not. As you exercise, no matter what shape you are in, your body starts to heat up. Exercise is the conversion of stored energy into kinetic energy. A byproduct of that conversion is HEAT. Your body responds to that heat by sweating. Sweating without exercise may the sign of a desiese, such as diabeties. But if you are exercising enough to raise your heartbeat, then you are going to raise your body temperature, and when your body temperature goes up, you sweat.

You endurance is rather low
(In opinion work on your cardio the most)
By strengthening your heart to will not get so exausted so quickly
Start in small sessions of 5 min at first ,then move on to, 7 then 10, 15 ,20 and so on.
(also start with low impact machines like bikes and the elliptical then when you're ready move on to the treadmills and rock climbers, (Uhh even I don't like those things)
By starting slow and steady soon you will be able to train for a least an hour without sweating up a storm and without getting that felling like you're gona pass out!
Good Luck!

Either you are very out of shape or are very "in-shape". I know this might sound contradictory, but it comes down to how your body responds to changes it experiences. When you are in-shape, your body is readily prepared for exercise and sweats immediately to cool the body for the work it is about to experience. When you are out of shape, your body responds by sweating because it is working very hard inside to produce energy in order complete the intense movements you are doing. Therefore, you sweat to cool your body temperature. Either way, your body just wants to cool itself and maintain an optimal temperature.

A couple of good posts here. The only other thing I can think of to add is that it could be you're a heavy sweater. I too am a heavy sweater, and often people think I'm working my butt off but I'm simply sweating like normal for me. Some people just sweat more than others. Sounds to me like you have a very healthy coolant system. :)

There may be many reasons as to why you sweat so easily. The first of two that comes to mind is that you ARE fit. Those who are fit, such as regular runners, sweat ALOT. Athletes tend to sweat more and sooner than those who are unfit because their bodies have adapted to the exercise regimen, so extra heat will not be stored. This is one of the ways the body adapts to the environment, getting rid of extra heat that would be stored in an otherwise less fit person.

The other reason you may be sweating is because the environment you are in is humid. In this case, your body is may not be efficiently cooled because the sweat can't evaporate.
