so during the summer and at the start of school, i was about 98 pounds. then i started waterpolo and swimming and everything and now im up to about 101. except the thing is that i shrunk. i mean like...my waist is smaller and i dont fit into some of my jeans. so what does this mean?
im 15.

I'm 5' 2'' and weigh 121 lbs. I'm not by any means fat, but I'd really like to get nice and toned...I used to be a dancer, and was one for 12 years, but I quit to continue theatre...I really haven't been that active (I used to dance at least 7 hours a week) and I'm starting to develop little pudges here and there...Are there any excercise programs that don't take that long to complete each day (I've gotten really busy with theatre) but show quick results?

For example, the other night i had a dream i was watching a run dmc performance...im not a run dmc fan, but when i dreamt i was at this performance every word they sung was the right lyrics. this freaked me out because I dont know theyre lyrics and how can i be at theire concert hearing every word..word for word correctly.
I also have dreams where the dialogue used is intelectual, words which I would never use because theyre not in my vocabulary, theyre more words which ud see Stephen Fry or Will Self using!
does anyone know what i mean?

I need to get on a flight from new york to paris france I extreamley hate planes and hights and im clostophobic so I need to know what can I take for the plane ride to get me to sleep and to keep me asleep through turbulence and stuff... the flight attendant will also be aware so she doesent think im dead lol but please someone help me I dont care if its a drug legal or ilegal or just something i can buy at walmart thanks

i been smockin n drinkin in the past 7 years on a everyday routine
i'm only 22 since i have stopped for 3months i cant seem to find true peace last time i drank n smocke i had an out of body experience i keep comparing what i felt to this day n cant seem to forget about it i feel scared but willing to accept what happened will never happen again . . .what should i eat or drink or what should i take to bring me back to my original self does anyone have a cure for me ????

i am 15, 5"10', 230lbs, and i want to be about 150 and medium muscular, how would i start?
Right now i run 2.14 miles every other day,i do benching, crunches, bicep workouts, squats and toe raises every day.

I'm 15 and I have soo much to do. Bassicly 40 assignments by the 12th... I know, its alot but i figure if i stay on the computer from 11-7 then I could get 9-10 assignments done in 1 night. I can stay up till 4 or 5. I drink alot of pop anyways and that does not keep me up. PLEASE HELP!

I have had a reaccurrace of my asthma after several years, I had to take a course of prednisone to help with the wheezing. While I was taking it I felt great, now that I have stopped I am wheezing terribly again and don't feel good at all, anyone know why this may be happening?

Anyways, like I said, I just had my belly button pierced the day after xmas. I'm pretty sure this is ok, but it's a little red around my piercing. I asked my friend, who also has hers pierced by the same person over the summer. Anyways she said that it was fine, and she had redness for about a month, and hers is looking fantastic. I'm just worry so much because I haven't always had good luck with piercings....I just hope that it's ok!!!!

Oh I also use H2ocean to clean it...(which I have never used before on both of my tragus piercings...which I don't have any mroe)

Last year I became disabled due to diabetes. No more driving or working due to low vision.
It has been hard adjusting to this new lifestyle.
Does anyone know where i might find a site that lets you write back and forth to people with similar disabilities?
i have found some chat rooms but cannot type fast enough to keep up with those.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not trying to be perverted or anything, just curious. Have you ever peed out of the window of a car before. The reason I put this here in this section is because most of the people in this section would know that healthwise, you gotta go when ya gotta go. I doubt whether many of us have 'died', & lived to tell the tale but when we go to sleep & drift off into oblivion, we are aware of nothing going on around us until the moment we wake up again. So this must be like being dead in a way ........... any comments or info?????
