Well, my old friend said "Don't count your chickens till the third month!", in other words- just missing a period alone is not necessarily a sign you're pregnant. Sometimes it just happens, even with girls who are usually regular. But if you're worried, or you think you might be pregnant, just go to the drugstore and get a pregnancy test. Follow the instructions. You'll know. If you are, Don't worry, babies are wonderful things and motherhood may be an unwelcome change in your plans, but you'll never be sorry you gave life to a living soul!

You know how it feels when you have a hang nail and get salt in it. Kind of an electric shock kind of feeling. That's how my nipples felt when I was first pregnant. I thought it was weird but several women have told me the same thing. Also feeling nausea in the mornings, feeling very fatigued. When I told my friend about how my nipples felt she immediately suggested that I go for a pregnancy test. I am a nurse now but at the time I didn't know that nipple sensitivity was a sign of pregnancy.

Are you asking what the signs of pregnancy are? If so, no period, tender swollen breasts, and take a pregnancy test.
If asking what could it be if you have no period, then no it doesn't necessarily mean you are pregnant. Stress, poor nutrition, or cycles being irregular can be causes of your period not coming when you think it should.

Morning sickness, for one. Two, spotting or period not being regular. Possibly abdominal pain as well. Better get a test!
Also, did you know they they sell pregnancy tests at dollar stores now? Weird.

Agree with tenderness of breasts. I would get an OTC test to check and if it is positive, get dr. to do one to verify. You will need prenatal care asap if you are and if you plan on aborting it, you only have so much time to do this too before the point of noi return. Save the children.....god bless
