Years ago, I used a neighborhood doctor/clinic for my daughter's primary clinical care (i.e. check-ups, shots, illness). We haven't visited this clinic in years. Recently, my daughter has been diagnosed with a disease that is believed to have been with her at birth. They hospital want her medical records from this clinic. I went to the clinic today and found that the doctor is deceased and someone else is in the clinic. The doctor there has no info about what happened to the records. Can someone tell me where I should start looking for these records?

i have a friend who spent 5 months in a center for treatment from alcohol abuse. Now that they are out, they are back at it and haven't changed. What can be done to save their lives? The doctor has said that all that could be done has been done. But I just don't believe that we should give up on them. Anyone have a similar experience or have dealt with this issue, know what can or should be done?

Hello All. I have read over other questions and seen what other people have answered to "do braces hurt" "what can i expect when getting braces put on" thats all fine and good.

What i want to know is, is it possible that it wont hurt that bad after you get them on? I have crowded teeth and it sounds like i'll be the luck one and get some spacers ... do those hurt phenominally or just a little? I have a adult tooth up in my gums that they have to attach a bracket too beneath the tissue. Will they do that today? I'm just a little anxious and completely prepared for the pain i'll endure, but i'm just trying to ease my nerves since i'm so excited about having a new a bright smile!

Its like the beginning of the day thats going to change my life ...

I have this itchy, flaky spot on my scalp for about half a year now. At first I thought it was a pimple so I popped it by scratching it. But it kept on getting more and more itchy and the more I scratch, the bigger and flak-ier it gets!!! What is it and how should I treat it??
And how can I get rid of acne on my scalp?? Or why does my scalp have acne?!?!

My guy has a very deep innie. The other day he said that it hurt after a while. He says he likes it alot, but because "it hasn't had that much attention ever" that's the reason it hurts. I can say that it's very tight and hard to get my pinkie in after a certain point and usually have to work at going in further.

On my nose and below my eyes it is red and i tried a few different acne products and no solution. By my ears, scalp and my upper lip it gets dry and i get lots of dead skin in the dry areas!!
This is my last resort until i see a Doctor!!

It started about three months ago. I found out I had arthritis in my neck so could it be arthritis of my right hip? I've never injured it or anything and I am young and healthy, what the heck is it. It starts at the right hip and goes a little around back and very painful. Exercise doesnt help. I have spinal cord compression at my neck but that's not it either i don't think. HELP!
