Respiratory problems like pneumonia or bronchitus or you could be having a heart attack. Go see a doctor ASAP

Theres numorus things that could be causing this some more serious then others like Heart Attack, Respotory problems, Muscle realted pain and many others i suggest seeing a doctor ASAP DO NOT let this be without it being checked by a doctor first.

Liz makes me think you're a female so it sounds like it could be the under wire in your bra, that happened to and stress could be the cause too.

could be pleursy could be angina could be muscle related pain. too many possiblilities, a doctor has to run tests to find out that kind of thing and also x rays sometimes

"Might" be low/high blood pressure
get a measruing device to check it out
