also she had some infections when eat sugars(chocolates,candies)in a good quantity,she use to have scratches kinds cuts sometimes on vigina but now she is having those cuts inside the excrecretion path and a bit bleeding,if some doctor is there pls. advice and if somebody knows about this problem pls. advice.

Run to a doctor. You can buy enzymes to add to milk so the intolerance is not a problem, allergies are all together different items, antihistamines can do wonder. Most can be over the counter items but she is young and all this together can cause some other problem so take her to a doctor and see what he/she says for all this take this answer with you as a guide and the q? so you can ask all one by one and add any other items that may come up.

If she has a problem with lactose, why is she on regular milk? What about a lactose free milk or soy or rice or any other kind of milk that doesn't contain lactose?
I would get her to a doctor for the "cuts." That is not normal.
Please also mention to her doctor about her problems with sugar. They may want to test her for diabetes.

Lactose intolerance can come and go - if she is drinking regular milk again, be happy (its cheaper!). The cuts and scratches on her genitals are a matter of concern... it would be best to have a physician see her in person.

i am lactose intolerant, but the bleeding could be due to a fissure, or perhaps she has irritable bowel syndrome...take her to a gastro-interologist and they can run an endoscopy and see what is really going on
