You need to maintain realistic expectations. A good comprehensive multivitamin / multimineral will most likely not "prevent" cancer.
Also, there are other contributory factors in selecting a vitamin product which include conditions you may have and predispositions for metabolic problems (like I have gout and should not take preparations containing RNA)
I am partial to the Extend line at vrp.com because they are as comprehensive as it gets. However, there are several good preparations from other vendors as well.
No claims toward that end can be made by any vendor.
But, they WILL help and consist of those containing extracts of beets, carrots, crucifierous vegetables, and citrus.
caroteoids
betacyanin
flavonoids
lingnans
phytosterols
isothiocyanates
sulforaphane
glucosinolates
indole-3-carbinol
The literature indicates that the phyto (plant) nutrients involved in vegetable and fruit coloration as well as the sulfur containing compounds contained in cruciferous vegetables go far towards cancer prevention.

EGCG, a compound in green tea has been shown to have some cancer fighting properties.
But the best thing you can do is eat a healthy diet, don't smoke, and stay out of the sun and the tanning bed.

I do not believe any vitamins prevent cancer, sorry. The causes are many, genes, life style, food, toxins etc.

Liquid vitamins are better because they go straight into the blood stream, diet is a key factor too.
