Serious answers please. How can you tell if someone is already at the threshold of insanity, with only a nudge into it?

Lately I've been having really bad headaches and stomachaches, and a few mornings ago my nose wouldn't stop bleeding. I don't think this is serious, but I do want to know whats going on. So I went to the doctors and they told me stress, but I'm not stressed. So what's going on?

If you suspected someone you loved had a mental illness/disorder, would you tell them you knew, knowing you risk losing their companionship? (Assuming they already knew it but hadn't told you)

Some times when I stand up after sitting for a while, I become weak, my vision fades and goes black, and my senses are filled with an odd smell, I think its chlorine. No, I don't live near a pool, its a fairly recent thing and these events last less than 10 seconds and then I'm back to normal.

I don't believe that they are ingrown hairs. I started to notice them last Monday and they have continued to spread from two to thirty. They look like bumps filled with puss. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be? I am going to go to the dermatoligist on Monday if it doesn't get any better but some advise would help. Thank you.

Since i was little I've had trouble sleeping at night. I get scared, to the point that I'm almost shaking and in tears. Scared of things like characters in scary movies, things on TV...even things I saw YEARS ago end up randomly in my head. It's affecting my work, because I usually don't get to sleep until 4 or 5 in the morning. I feel like a child, I'm afraid of scary movies like a kid would be. Not seeing them doesn't even help, because I invent things in my head that could happen, or I picture the commercial from a scary film. Telling myself they're not real doesn't help. I want to get over this and be able to act like an adult, instead of sleeping with the light and TV on...or getting up and sitting up for hours on end with every light in the house on.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
I am 22 year old. I am not married and never had intercourse.
1)from the very begining I had a habbit of rubbing my penis against the bed. I used to do this almost thrice a day. At the age of 12-13 my penis started tilting leftwords. I know you will say that its not a problem but I want to say that it happened due to my activity, its not natural.

2)When ever I do the same activity or masturbate I ejaculate within first few strokes however if I move the foreskin backwords and masturbate with naked head of penis it lasts longer. I fear that when my partner will touch my penis or even if rubs her body against it I will ejaculate since I would not have moved the foreskin back.

3)the most severe problem: Even if I masturbate once a week, after masturbating I feel a sort of headache and pain in spinal chord. I am not able to concentrate on work and understand the things.. I feel tough to remember something. It effects my office work also. Planning to marry soon but scared.

My mom is right in the middle of surgical menopause. She swears she needs an endocrinologist. What is this? Can we ever get normal? One day tears, the next laughs. OOOh. She is so wonderful. She is even on hormones. Now what?

My greatest fear is the deep sea. It scares me to think about it, to watch about it, even to watch a fake movie like Jaws. I can't stand the thought of not known what would be under me and around me.
So whats your fear?

I have had tremendous labia minora pain during intercourse for months now as well as urinary frequency. I have no discharge or pelvic pain. I was seen by my gyno last week and was told to take monistat 7 as well as a topical anti-inflammatory cream. I have an appointment again in mid december but im worried because I have completed the medication and am still having pain with intercourse and urinary frequency. My doctor has explained that everything looks normal and I do not have any sexually transmitted diseases. These symptoms just started happening in the past 2 months and I havnt changed anything that I am doing. I dont know what this could be but it is greatly affecting my life and I need help. Please help.

I'm only 22, not on any kind of birth control(just use condoms) or medications. I have no sex drive. This cannot be normal for someone my age. I love my fiance very much and I don't want this to ruin our relationship.

There is a pile of stuff in drugstores that claims to stop the boldness... It is also known that boldness is hereditary. Did anyone try something that they believe worked? My brother needs it... He's 29, and his hair is falling out like crazy in last 3 months. He's under a lot of stress now, too. Anyone, help please? He already pretty much gave up on it, but it would be sweet if he kept more of his hair than less.

I'm trying to get rid of belly fat. f I suck in my gut all day long, is that effective in toning my tummy, and strengthening my muscles? It seems so much easier than doing a whole bunch of situps. Does it work?
