I am 22 year old. I am not married and never had intercourse.
1)from the very begining I had a habbit of rubbing my penis against the bed. I used to do this almost thrice a day. At the age of 12-13 my penis started tilting leftwords. I know you will say that its not a problem but I want to say that it happened due to my activity, its not natural.
2)When ever I do the same activity or masturbate I ejaculate within first few strokes however if I move the foreskin backwords and masturbate with naked head of penis it lasts longer. I fear that when my partner will touch my penis or even if rubs her body against it I will ejaculate since I would not have moved the foreskin back.
3)the most severe problem: Even if I masturbate once a week, after masturbating I feel a sort of headache and pain in spinal chord. I am not able to concentrate on work and understand the things.. I feel tough to remember something. It effects my office work also. Planning to marry soon but scared.

Since you have never had sex so you are not pretty much clear about the moment when it will happen in your life. You can get a migraine during sexual activity...it is actually a diagnosis mad by doctors............and well I would expect if ur having sex the foreskin would be out of the picture and your penis totally exposed so as you say you will last longer. Sp I don't see the problem...I have been with a uncircumcised man and did not even know the first time because he was so excited it was out of the picture....when i realized I was almost embarassed, but have to say if clean I like my boyz uncut.

Sounds like you are actually depressed and "doing this" makes you more depressed. It is just becoming a vicious cycle with you. Just know, if the lady likes you enough, none of this will matter and over time, you won't even be worried about this. I know, things have bothered me before, to the point of giving me pains that were unexplainable by medical problems. I've come to find out they are caused by depression... EVEN IF you really really don't think you are depressed at the time. Really. Get a shrinks opinion if you need to, been there too, scary but relief too. good luck
