A quick and effective "combo" resistance workout includes these exercises....and only requires about 20 minutes. 1) Squats; 2) Lunges; 3) Modified push-ups; 4) Triceps raises; 5) Double crunches; (crunch upper and lower body simultaneously) 6) Bicycle crunches. Do 2 sets of 20 reps each to start, then work up to 3 sets. If you are so inclined, add inner and outer thigh raises. Nothing needed but your body. put both ur forehands at rest on the floor or wif a mat. then try just pushing ur forearms to the ground and lift your body. this can help reduce weight and make u slimmer.
