A quick and effective "combo" resistance workout includes these exercises....and only requires about 20 minutes. 1) Squats; 2) Lunges; 3) Modified push-ups; 4) Triceps raises; 5) Double crunches; (crunch upper and lower body simultaneously) 6) Bicycle crunches. Do 2 sets of 20 reps each to start, then work up to 3 sets. If you are so inclined, add inner and outer thigh raises. Nothing needed but your body. More advanced workouts can be found on the website listed below.

put both ur forehands at rest on the floor or wif a mat. then try just pushing ur forearms to the ground and lift your body. this can help reduce weight and make u slimmer.
