Hmm...who knows?Maybe it's for health code reasons. It would be inhumane to do that to a person. Even if they are on death row they aren't animals, they are real people. It's just ethical.

in case the governor calls it off at the last minute does seem kinda stupid. also if the injection doesnt kill them they can not do it a 2nd time.

i guess bc its the law and if they get poked but no poisin goes there it can be harmful for the person who got poked with it?(i mean for the guy giving the needle not recieving it)
