reasons are as follows:
1. harsh mastubration.
2. wearing polyster underwear
3. use of some medicines
or simply it is normal it can be seen in any healthy sexually matured male cos tip got very less nerve ending so there are less stimuli and when we see or feel anything then the glands secrets the hormon and it reaches to the penis and it becomes erected automatically ..... these are exocrine glands and it is autoimmune process ........not upto our will.......... so be relax

the head has very few nerve endings on the top side. a large bundle of nerve endings on the bottom side at the tip is what causes the erection and the rest.
