I don't believe that they are ingrown hairs. I started to notice them last Monday and they have continued to spread from two to thirty. They look like bumps filled with puss. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be? I am going to go to the dermatoligist on Monday if it doesn't get any better but some advise would help. Thank you.

Not pimple - Probably inflamed ingrown hairs.
Do you exfoliate your body with a good body wash/scrub and a pouf/loofah? Do you moisturize with an irritating lotion? Sparkles, fragrances...etc?
Go to the dermatologist. Until then, go find a good body wash. No fragrances, no harsh colorings. And take a hot shower and try gently exfoliating.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

It could be a type of Herpes. I read about herpes on the internet and it said herpes comes in little bumps filled with puss. I would also just to be on the safe side go to a gyno and get a HPV test just to be safe.I'm not trying to scare you though its just that 40 million Americans have this disease. My husband gets irritated skin every time winter or cool weather comes. Doesn't hurt to get tested though.

an infection is a good guess. or it could be fireants got to you. they bite and inject a poison which causes pimples to appear at the bite point. the will get all over you in seconds, and bite you everywhere the can. some people get extremely ill due to being allergic to the venom, but most just get the pimples. they take three or four days to go away, but i just pop them to get the puss out and they heal overnight to almost not being seen.

probably is a little staff infection...just keep them clean, wash with soap and water, and use hydrogen peroxide to keep them clean..you are smart to go to the doctors...I wouldn't even try to diagnose you on line..just go on in and get the proper treatment and happy holidays!
