Lately I've been having really bad headaches and stomachaches, and a few mornings ago my nose wouldn't stop bleeding. I don't think this is serious, but I do want to know whats going on. So I went to the doctors and they told me stress, but I'm not stressed. So what's going on?

you should definitely get a second opinion. but if the air is too dry you can get nose bleeds and dehydrate causing headaches. not too sure about the stomach aches. Maybe you ate something wrong causing all three problems. but ask a different doctor to see if it could possibly be something serious.

you may not think you have stress, but you may have it and not realize it. there are many causes for stress, physical as well as mental and emotional. it may as simple to get better as a few days off from work, or a long, long, ocean cruise. find out the reason for stress, then do what you need to reduce it.
and some can also be caused by food, or an allergic response to a particular food or drink, as well as a vitamin deficiency.

some persons may manifest stress as non specific types of pain - it is known as a somatization disorder and very common. However, 30% of medical diagnoses are estimated to be incorrect. If you feel that you have a problem that is interrupting your normal routines, seek another opinion.
