I gained several kilograms due to being prescribed a certain erroneous medication due to a severe misdianosis. I really loathed being overweight. I used to wear 29" inch waistline jeans which is the smallest size men can purchase with a belt. At my heaviest I was 88.8kgs. I have lost 10.1 kgs since October but still cannot fit into my old pants. 7kgs I lost in a little over 4 weeks because I started an intensive program. I will be at my target weight of 65kgs by the end of January or very early in February. If anyone wears size 29" inch jeans, can you please tell me how much you weigh so I can figure out how much I need to shed?

My boyfriend went to the docs yesterday and they told him he was obese, when he has a 34" waist and I would barely say he passes 'fat', so are we a fat country or are we just being told we are for some sort of taxes reason?

Every time my fiance and I have sex, it really hurts. He has been inside of me, but not far enough to break my hymen- I always stop him before the can get that far. It's like a tense up. I try to relax and we've even used lubrication- but it still hurts. This is really embarassing and I really want kids in the future, but how can I if I can't even have full intercourse? Please help! What if this ruins our future marriage?

Hi i am 12 years old and i cannot STOP EATING!!! I can't control myself, i REALLY can't. I have been trying to increase my water intake. So last night I drink a 16 oz bottle water. I didn't drink it fast, I sipped it over a 30 minute period. When I was finished I was really bloated and it felt like I had heartburn. It wasn't painful but it was uncomfortable.

Would anyone know why something like this would happen?

Active male = marathon runner and works out significatly every day

I am trying to shed the last couple of kilos I need to (about 15 - which is alot less than what i started with), and was thinking of switching out solid food for say breakfast or lunch with a protein shake made with skim milk.

Looking at a 97% Whey Protein Concentrate, with a per 40g serve value of:

Protein: 30.1g
Carbs: 3.3g (1.6g from sugar)
Fat: 1.5g

Is this any good? Will it help me shift some of that lasting weight?

I am lazy as all hell too. I know exercise makes a difference but I seriously don't like it. Walking for an hour a day is about it - just in case it matters.

Any pointers would be much appreciated

Lower lumbar problem affects the hip and pain down to the knee, when I sit down or stand for right around 30 to 40 min almost feels like a pinched nerve, driving for a distance maybe 20 min it feels the worse, and when I get out my hip seems stiff and as I start to walk it gets loose again. MRI shows little to nothing.

Having some chest congestion from constant post-nasal drip gone awry. I'd like to get my chest cleared out before it turns into me being officially 'sick'.
