they can start hurting as soon as a few days later.some women have flu like symptoms some dont. best thing is to take a pregnancy test otherwise you'll be guessing at things all the time

about 4 weeks when I conceived. very last week they harm so undesirable they were just about insufferable. Like, I continuously lay on my abdomen when I sleep, and that i might want to somewhat do this reason it harm so undesirable. about 2 wks in, that was my first signal i was prego. i also get a nervous feeling in my stomach during the first few months. thats how i knew i was prego
