You could try rubbing baby powder on them before putting on your socks, or some type of medicated powder like Gold Bond. You can also get socks made from a CoolMax-type material that works to pull away sweat --generally used by runners while they work out.

Changing your socks at some point during the day can help. Also just wearing a fresh pair of socks around the house when you're not wearing shoes helps.

Putting baby powder in your shoes or on your socks is probably your best option. Also, do make sure that you wear socks all that you can, since it stinks your shoes out twice as quickly to wear them without socks.
