It's as simple as that.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Studies have shown that a proper diet is not one that includes a lot of greasy and fatty foods, but since here in American we have so much good food of those kinds, cutting back doesn't seem likely. So i would recommend exercises as an effective weight loss program, its free and it always works if you keep at it. Just go running 2-3 times a week.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Eat a lot of salads and veggies you make yourself at home. If you are a meat-eater, you can still eat some meat, just take off skin from chicken, don't fry, try to bake or broil, and don't overeat. No burgers or other processed meats -- they have added sugars many times. And limit bread, pasta intake (you don't have to eliminate it, just reduce it).
The very best way to diet, and most effective, is to prepare all your foods yourself. If you eat out a lot, it is way easier to overeat because we all want to get our money's worth. Also, when you make your own food, you can make it taste great. Smaller portions, too, like one serving and don't get seconds.
I lost 50 pounds this way. It took about 6 months, but I feel (and look) GREAT! Have patience with yourself!
