Every time my fiance and I have sex, it really hurts. He has been inside of me, but not far enough to break my hymen- I always stop him before the can get that far. It's like a tense up. I try to relax and we've even used lubrication- but it still hurts. This is really embarassing and I really want kids in the future, but how can I if I can't even have full intercourse? Please help! What if this ruins our future marriage?

i get the feeling that you guys are more or less just diving right in. you need to spend a bit of time stretching yourself to properly and comfortably take him. the first time is likely going to sting a little, as there is some tissue damage when he takes your cherry, but the pain fades quickly (or so i am told) tell your fiance that you need to get warmed up first, use fingers, toys, whatever is comfortable to gradually stretch out. also, make sure you're turned on, since the natural lubricants released by your body are the best. have him try some oral play if you can, since the saliva will also help keep you lubricated. if you stil feel you need more lubrication, ensure it is a water based lube. if none of my advice works, talk to a doctor, it may be that (s)he can give better advice.

You'll just have to let him do it. It may hurt the first time, but it won't be as bad as you think. Using lubrication as you mentioned is a great idea, I recommend you do that to help. You need to calm yourself as much as possible and prepare for it, but it isn't going to happen unless you go through with it the initial time. Just make sure you are ready by taking it slowly and being relaxed as much as you can before you try.

You should discuss this with a doctor, there are several possibilities, both physical and psychological that could be causing this. Start with your regular doctor, but you may need to see a therapist. They can help.

Dont be afraid Jess! the 1st time you have intercourse, it quite is painful. that's universal because of the fact the discomfort degree. that's painful because of the fact the guy's **** is breaking your hymen. After the discomfort degree, comes what i like to call the "exhilaration degree". that's after your hymen is thoroughly broken and it makes intercourse gentle and rather thrilling! As of your non-virgin acquaintances, the rationalization they're probable asserting it harm for them is with the help of the fact they experienced the discomfort degree, like i in basic terms defined to you. After the 1st time, it is going to be between the ideal reviews of your life. so as long as the two one among you go with intercourse, by making use of all potential decide for it! in basic terms you ought to use protection and continually have lubricant available! have relaxing! wish i helped!
