This is a serious question. I'm 22 white male, 6'0, 140 lbs. I am extremely lazy and I want to gain as much as possible with as little work as possible (just like fat people only backwards). I currently eat about 2500 cal/day, a lot of mcdonalds and other fast food and I haven't gained a pound in nearly 3 years. What do you suggest? Supplements, pills, diet, exercise? My goal was 5 lbs a month, is that reasonable? Please help!
