I live in Nevada and have lived with neurological difficulties that are undiagnosed. I have had every test in the book except a stand up MRI which I am in the process of getting done. If that doesn't show anything I am willing to travel to other cities to a top notch neurologist. My problem is very dibilitating and am on disibility and I know someone out there would know what is going on, it is just finding the right doctor.

Since you didn't say what type of difficulties you are having it would be hard to recommend a specific neurologist. I would first start by talking to your doctor for referral, then contact places such as Baylor College of Medicine, Johns Hopkins, etc. I see a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders who is head of the Parkinson's Disease Center at Baylor. I have movement disorders other than Parkinson's and he is one of the best.

There is an incredible neurologist named Dr. Agnew in Santa Barbara, CA. I have a friend who goes to him and she is very happy with him (she also works in healthcare, and is very fussy about having a top-notch doc).
Other than that, I recommend that you go to a teaching hospital like USC or UCLA. Their attending neurologists are world-class.

You would find those Doctors practicing at the top hospitals in the US for neurological disorders. Those who are consistently ranked in the top include: Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, University of San Francisco.

What is your condition? How do you know it is neurological if no one can proove it? Seriously, i have a neurological disease, diagnosed easily. Granted to was shot in the spine in Iraq, but still, people just don't show up with diseases like that, and if doctors don't know they usually refer you. If you really want help, check out schools with medical programs. Most of the teachers are top notch in their field, and if you really have something, they may give you cheap care if you agree to be used as a case study.

If you will do a Yahoo! Search for "free dental in NC" it gives a number of leads. You can do the same for neighboring states. That and the county health department are a good start.
