Sometimes for us, it's easier to write things down because we think of so many things at one time. And yes, we can pronounce the words to whoever left that comment. Most bi-polar people are actually extremely intelligent, which is why they need to write things down so that they can keep track of it all. Plus, some bi-polar people, myself included, take medication and see doctors, and the doctors recommend writing things out too. That is sometimes the only way people like us can get a complete thought out. There is nothing wrong with writing things down, and there is nothing wrong with talking to people either. I have found that I can do both, but I prefer the writing because there are some people that just don't understand what you are trying to tell them, or they just don't want to. And while it's true that a lot of people with bi-polar have trust issues, I know that personally I trust one or two people in my life and feel comfortable telling them anything. It seems like though, if you trust the wrong person, they can use whatever you tell them against you in some way or another, and that's true for everyone, not just bi-polar people. Being bi-polar is something you get used to, and most people who are diagnosed function just fine with everyone else in the world, sometimes even better, because we see things differently most of the time. It's not bad to be bi-polar. I graduated 7th in my class from high school in a class of 197 students. I was a sophomore in college when I graduated high school. Managing bi-polar takes some time, but once you get into the swing of things, it's not so bad, just a medication adjustment every now and again works for me.

It is good for a person to write down there thoughts and feelings.
But it is Better to read and follow the techniques, the self-help self coping strategies offered in the books by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD and Dr. Andrew Weil. Another good book is "Working with Anger" by Thubten Chodron.
These Cognitive Behavioral Therapists are most helpful, and are inexpensive. Books by them start at only $3.70 on Amazon.com
Good Question, THANK YOU !!!

what sort of usual practitioner did you spot? If it became into your universal scientific expert then pass to a psychiatrist for a perfect diagnosis.. a universal usual practitioner isn't qualified to diagnose Bipolar any further than he's to diagnose and take care of maximum cancers. If he suspected maximum cancers he might desire to refer you to an oncologist and if he suspected Bipolar he might desire to have refered you to a psychiatrist..... Then make an appointment with a psychologist. docs (and psychiatrists) basically incredibly take care of the actual factors of it consisting of meds.. you prefer a psychologist for scientific care. pass with the Bipolar diagnosis for now with the aid of fact insurance firms do no longer pay for psychological wellbeing subject concerns different than for bipolar or Schizophrenia.... So - pass get a 2nd opinion from a psychiatrist and make an appointment with a psychologist for scientific care..... take the lithium.. whether you're nto bipolar it may help with your moods.. if after 6 weeks that's no longer making a diffrence you may communicate a diverse med.
