I have this tiny red dot on the palm of my hand...and I can't figure out what it is. It doens't hurt, doesn't itch - it's just there. It's just bothering me that I don't know what it is! I tried to pick it out thinking it was a blood blister under my skin but it's down so far that I can't get to it. I've had it for years...what the heck is it?

Those would be hives that you get in response to an allergy to something in you have ingested (i get mine from medication allergies). When you do physical activities it may happen more frequently because your heart rate increases with activity and therefore pumps your blood through your body at a higher rate, delivering the allergen to your system more quickly. If you take an antihistimine, it will help with the itching and make them dissapear faster. I would however suggest seeking professional advice to figure out what you are allergic to. They can get much worse... when they show up on your feet they are quite painful and then as they get worse you can even get to the point of having breathing problems. I would get checked out by an allergist but to officially diagnose them as hives, take a picture of them next time to show to the doc, it never fails that they will dissapear again as soon as you are headed to the doctor.
