Ever gone to the gym and saw a guy with big muscles. I mean, I see a lot of guys working out and such, but today I saw a guy that I wanted to look just like. He had big arms (but not TOO big), big shoulders, and a good chest. I could tell this guy worked a few years for these muscles.
My question is - is what do you do to get bigger arms and bigger muscles in general? Is there some sort of rule to live by, or some secret? Does diet matter?
PS>>There's usually a bunch of hot chicks there too, huh? :_)
