Yes, it is fat. My adult sister is 5'2 and 102 lbs. She's thin, but not sickly looking. I can't imagine what an extra 40-50 lbs would look like on her. You need to speak with your doctor about your weight and possibly find yourself a nutrionist as well as a gym.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

it is not obese but if not careful could get there, cuz your height is short so it should be in proportions with your weight. i think 120 will be good for you. you are almost 150 , you have to be careful and it also depends on your bone structure as well. if you are big boned it is harder to lose weight, cuz your body is not ment to be skinnier. but still with a healty eating habits and exercise you should be able to go to a healty weight ( dont try to be so skinny..for your height 120-125 i think is ideal..) but again if you are comfortable with your own weight and body then stay the way you are. but if you are going to diet or anything please stick to a healty eating habits and exercise..please dont over do it or get obsessd with it..just go with the flow..the slower the better and healtier it is for you. by exercising you are going to tone your body nicely and give it a beautiful femine shape and a healtly look.

Most likely, but it depends on your build. You could get a membership at a gym and go running a few times a week. There are some basic memberships there for people who just want to use the equipment.

you should be at 125. but thats being fit. if you feel comfortable at 130 or 135 then that is what is good for you. jog or power walk for 45 minutes a day and drink lots of water. just getting off stuff like soda can change your weight. but feel good about yourself, not what other people on here tell you.

According to your BMI that makes you overweight, you need to exercise more than you do now and watch your calorie intake. Watch out for how much and how often you are eating, and what types of food you are eating. Especially watch out for high fat foods, like anything fried or with a lot of oil.

It would depend on how much of that weight is body fat, muscle and bone density. Your doctor can help find that out for you :)
