Everyday I run about a mile and my left calf gets tight really bad, like to where I'm limping when I'm done. what can i do about this?

stretch it really well befor and after running. if you dont know how to stretch put it up against something and push sometimes putting your body up against it helps stretch more.
that happened to me when ever i played soccer but i just had to stretch more

All i will think of of is to easily remember to've the spectacular shoes for you, which you're turning out to be adequate calcium and potassium and which you stretch relatively properly earlier and after your runs. Even on the days which you do not run, verify and stretch your calf muscle tissues. i'm hoping that each thing works out. Ha! no pun meant ;)

Stretch properly before and after. Start hitting the weightroom and doing calf exercises.

If its like cramping your body is depleted of water, make sure to drink at least 8 -10 8oz glasses of water per day, this should help the problem...Run On!
