I know I can keep going, but I completely stop my body and start walking. For example, I would run and when I'm about to reach the finish line, I just stop and walk it.
I look very fit and I run track and field. I can sprint short distances, but I want to sprint longer distances without getting so tired! I can't even run the mile without stopping once every lap.
I need some really good advice and what should I eat to keep me in shape?
