Stay away from sugar, flour, dairy, transfats and fastfood, especially the McRib. Try some light walking at first and then at least 45 minutes of excercise per day.

If you plan on breastfeeding use some of the breastmilk and message it into the stretch marks. Also, olive oil and avocado work well. Good luck.

Having a baby is the most beautiful experience in life. Especially for us women. Of course meaning we carry them any feel them kick and so on. We feel more connected that's a fact of life. As far as baby stretch marks, not to worry, use baby oil all over them or Vitamin E! Also the weight again (Not to Worry!) Take your time, don't try to lose it too fast, take care of your baby first!!! The weight will come off soon enough, if not so what, you can always exercises, Good Luck with the NEW Addition. P.S. Make sure you take lots of photos! And get a camcorder!!!!

Use Vitamin E oil daily on your stretch marks. It also work on scars to fade them to your own natural skin color. Walking is a great way to lose the baby weight. Put baby in a stroller (Since it is getting colder out make sure baby is nice and warm and you have a rain cover for the stoller) and go for a 1-2 mile walk daily. You can get rain covers for strollers at Babies R Us for less than $15. Pilates will help you tone up as you lose weight. A good cardio exercise program is good for you.

Congrat's - I am a 45 year old father of 3 and a husband of 26 years - I lost 25 pounds and 2 3/4" in my waist in 30 days on a natural and healthy plan called STACK. It only takes me 15 minutes a day to use this plan. I do not skip meals or buy or eat special foods and I have not exercised. I also drink a natural and healthy energy drink called ACT which you may need for some extra energy. These products are natural and safe even for you in case you are nursing your precious treasure. I hope this helps you as much as it's helped me

If you're still nursing consult your doctor about losing weight. They can put you on a personalized regimen.

As for the stretch marks, there is makeup that you can get from a Dermatologist to cover them up. But once they are there...there they are!

Stretch marks fade after about a year. There is nothing you can do to make them fade sooner. Lotion & drinking water makes them less visible. And do pilates...lots of it...to lose weight.
