Eat healthy foods rich in fibers, whole grains, vegetables, fruits. Avoid sugar and fried foods.
Losing that much weight in that short of a time period can't be good though. I've read numerous accounts that if you don't take weight loss slow you will just gain it all back quickly after quitting your diet. I
have friends with eating disorders and focusing on a number to reach can end up being harmful. Focus more on eating well, exercise regularly and you will be healthy!

There is a book calledd "8 minutes in the morning", by Jorge Cruise. He's been on Oprah, Good Morning America and othe credible shows. He has an 8 minute exercise program everyday and a very clear and doable eating program that's really easy to follow. You will lose 2 pounds per week ( it's guaranteed in the book) and you'll KEEP it off. It's just about the weight you want to lose. I started it 10 days ago and have lost 3 pounds. A friend of mine started 4 months ago and has lost 32 pounds! You'll love it. Don't try Atkins because it will mess up your metabolism and when you go back to normal eating you'll gain it all back +interest. You don't want to do that. Plus I hate total deprivation of one food group like that. It's unrealistic and unhealthy. Why not do it right and make it go away permanantly.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Eat what you normally eat - cut in half.
Add more fruit, the type you like, and
go for walks. - 1/2 hour every day.
You should loose 3-5 pounds @ week.
That should do it.
Oh, and drink lots of water - tap water is fine.

Atkins, but I wouldn't suggest for a long period of time.
My Dad went on it and lost 70lbs in less than 1 year.

1st you should get rid off toxins in your body.
People don't pay attention to their nutrition. They overwhelm themselves with exercises and quit with heart problems in worst case scenario.
2nd start exercise with only 20 min/daily.
