I have noticed recently that everytime I have milk, I have very very bad indigestion/heart burn and which cannot be explained by anything else except the fact that I might be lactose intolerant. I can take other dairy products but not milk in its purest form...Will be very grateful for answers and additional info on the topic..

i'm wondering what is normal for diabetics blood glucose levels... mine seems to be 73 one minute and 140 the next.. it isn't stable at all.. it's up and down all day. So I am curious on learning more.

I have a strange feeling that I may have manic depression.
At the end of the day I can get really tearful and feel terrible, then after a good nights sleep Im really normal and tend to think " what was that about"
Then some mornings I feel negative- and try not to let it affect me but something can happen and I end up in tears and feel absolutley like there is no hope then 10 minutes later I am as right as rain.
I did suffer depression last year but it was reactive due to previous illness.
I have recently split up with my fiance and yesterday at work was the worst day ever!!!!
at the moment I have this weird thing that I have to tell everyone how Im feeling ( ummm?)
Am i normal- I know I probably need to see a doctor.

She had a car wreck about 6 or 7 months ago. She is almost 60 and has a bad back. I just don't want to go through anymore pain. She had surgery about 2 months ago to fuse the discs in her back together. Somehow they go torn from the wreck. Supposedly, they didn't do the job right the first time, so now she has to go in for another surgery. Could that be the reason for her pain?

Yesterday i went swimming at school and after we did the 400m swim(swim 400m as fast as you can)we played a game of water polo.
When the ball was coming towards me I jumped towards it and must of sprained my leg because when i caught the ball my leg froze and i couldnt move it.
After about 3 minutes it could move again but now my leg hurts while i walk and i have to limp.

Does anyone know whats happened and how i can stop the pain?

I am considering taking Zelcap to lose wieght but I am unsure if my blood pressure medicine, Metoprolol Tartrate will jive with the Herbal supplement Zelcap. I am a new college student, and the freshmen 15 is starting to set in!! Which is a good thing for me. I am a former pageant contestant and model, and I have never weighed over 115-120.. I am much happier at 130 (more curves, healtheir in general ;-}). Since college started, I have no time to hit the gym (when I used to work out for hours every night). I just want to tone and firm up without losing alot of pounds. Does anyone have any tips for this?
