Yesterday i went swimming at school and after we did the 400m swim(swim 400m as fast as you can)we played a game of water polo.
When the ball was coming towards me I jumped towards it and must of sprained my leg because when i caught the ball my leg froze and i couldnt move it.
After about 3 minutes it could move again but now my leg hurts while i walk and i have to limp.

Does anyone know whats happened and how i can stop the pain?

More than likely it was just a cramp. When I get a cramp in my leg, the tight feeling usual last a few days and it hurts to walk. Try to stretch it out, that usually eases the pain.

I'm no longer an trained however i must suppose its blood strain, extra activity will support in view that it is going to imply your middle can cope bigger. I'm guessing you fell worn out rather alot principally at paintings, drink an vigor drink on occasion, however then sleep and also you must consider refreshed within the morning. Its quite often because of strain. Try to loosen up extra. The undeniable fact that your seated alot of the time is not well for you both, your leg will get all squished whilst you take a seat down and blood vessels are compressed, the frame is designed to do it so your exceptional for a at the same time, but when your doing it for lengthy intervals then whilst you rise up your blood is going like loopy to meet up with what's ignored i.e. the relaxation of the legs. Try to stand up and stroll round in a circle or whatever approximately each hour at paintings. Also so much importantly, if you're getting cramp then it so much quite often way a salt deficiency, consume extra fish, or with ease upload SMALL quantities of salt for your meals. Good success.
