i was wondering what pills or drugs i can take to help this. my diet has not changed from the past months, but i have had it real bad, way real bad. help me out so i dont scare away my friends and cat!

You can get over the counter Simithicone. It will help. When I need something I take two capsules. Fairly cheap.!!
