I started going to the gym the 23rd (last month) and have been going Mon-Fri every week since. I burn 200-300 calories doing cardio. No weight loss yet! Why? I'm 5'2" and 123-124lbs. What is going on? I don't eat unhealthy and in my job I have to walk a LOT. I'm trying to get back to 110lbs and I wanted to do it by the 18th of this month. *sigh* Can it be done? I also take Zenalean Pro. (It has ephedrine in it)

What am I doing wrong? Do I need to be burning more calories?

I have an infection and have been instructed to drink lots of water, but have just found out that, as a result of drinking so much water, my sodium level is too low because all the water is flushing necessary salt out of my system. I know that it's common practice among athletes to add salt to their water to avoid water intoxication. I'm finding lots of information online about the dangers of drinking too much water, but can't find any information about how many units of salt to add per unit of drinking water to replace electrolytes.

Think about it... my migraines are caused by stress and lack of sleep, so maybe if I got sh.i.t off my chest, I'll feel better and have less attacks.

Anyone else ever try this?

I have a really sharp pain in my lower left abdominal area, it started during sex and it's been two days now, and it's still pretty intense. I've just been taking pain killers so I can deal with it, I'm hoping it will pass because I don't have insurance. From eveything I've read and talking to people, I'm thinking it might be an ovarian cyst, has anyone had this? Can it just go away?

For the past 5 years I've been experimenting with ways to feminize my body using phyto-estrogens with minimal results..I dont wish to see a doctor because Im not looking to seriously become a woman..Im afraid to get the real estrogens without seeing a doctor in case I jeopardise my health..Would just prefer to find something effective that is'nt risky & that I can monitor the amount of feminization knowing Im not hurting myself in anyway..Hope I dont sound crazy but I know Im not going to stop trying ways to get what Im looking for..too embarassed to talk to someone 1 to 1.. Im 39 years old & will consider female estrogen pills etc though as I say, Im looking for mild though effective results..& phto-estrogens sound the best way..Thanks.

On my right foot, my 2nd toe overlaps with my big toe. What causes this, and what is this called? People, who see my feet when I wear my sandals, ask me how I can walk, and why my toes overlap. I tell them I was born this way, but I am not too sure. Any ideas?

so here's the deal i am 23, in a serious relationship...dont want kids for 7-10 years and i am already tired of birth control. I was on depo-provera for 3 years...worked well with my system...but scary to use due to the bone density loss issue, tried a few different pills that made me over emotional and then now tried a new implant called implanon that made me bleed for 3 months, be completely unstable and depressed and finally got it removed leaving a 5 inch scar on my left upper arm. So i am tired of this crap. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do if sometime way down the future i want kids but i am just plain tired of all the issues related to birth control. (and no, i dont want to stop having sex). Should i just keep trying different things, or go more drastic...tubal ligation?
