the guy i love lives in another country now. he says he has a small penis that does not work. because of this many times he has said he will end his life...recently he has found a girl he likes who likes him too, but he is reluctant to ask her out...and now he's only talking of ending his life since he cant have sex and give women that pleasure. i have tried explaining in every way it does not really matter, but he wont listen... i live very far off and im aat a complete loss of what to do. im afraid he will take his life..
could someone please help me by advising what positive advice i can give? i also would like to convince him to see the doctor but he says its very humiliating, so how can i do that?

Do you know what causes this? The doctors are unsure if this is what I have but they have labled it fatigue for now! At first they though I had diabeties and than thyroid problem and ran test and nothing! I have been very weak and feel drained also had numbness and tingling in my hands, also suffer from a headache everyday! I have the doctors stumped maybe you can help give me some insight to what it could be! I don't go back to the doctor's until next week and I feel like, well you know! The doctor said there is something wrong and it just isn't showing itself yet!?

There is a stressful situation in my home that has been ongoing since mid summer of this year. Anyway, I have kept a neutral outlook on the whole situation. I honestly dont feel overly stressed by the situation, as I refuse to fight battles that I cannot win. However in the past month the situation has gone from bad to worse. In the past 3 wks I've noticed that I have been in deep desire of all things Chocolate. I am not a fan of chocolate, and have never turned to food, especially not sweets, when I am stressed. However, I have found myself eating every once of Chocolate that comes in my sights, something I have never done before.

The other night at a Fair, I was under no stress nor had I thouhgt once about the stressing situation, so when I bought Ice Cream I got my favorite; Vanilla.

However, the moment we got in the car and the stress factor was mentioned, I found myself regretting not having bought Choco I.C. I had 2 ChocoMilks at home!!! Does any1 know if this is related?

and im wondering what to think or how to feel? my psych feels that i dont have any mental health probs but i have personality disorder probs instead, meaning he said treatment will come in the form of therapy not any medication. he told me he doesnt think any medication will help me and they are addictive....i explained to him about my long term anger, extreme panic and anxiety when i go out, my inner anger.. my paranoid feelings about people.. my racing thoughts, and he feels that this is all psychological not anything to do with my brain, my fears were if this were the case that if i didnt have a mental illness, i wouldnt be elligable for treatment or therapy, but he told me that this is not the case..all the symptoms ive described ive had for 15 years and ive had alot of trauma to but he says this is because of a personality disorder. to me personality disorder is seen as negative and has alot of contraversy it cant be treated, is todays events negative or positive for me?

i havent left my house for two weeks, if i step outside the door i feel a panic attack coming on, its awful. last night i wanted to take an overdose. its all getting to much. feel awful, useless, worthless. agoraphobia rules my life.
i cant get out to be able to see a doctor,its that bad an they dont do home visits and i refuse antidepressenst, there useless.

I lost my voice singing during a church event and normally I can sing just about anything. When I lost it I took some advice from someone and I think i messed it up worse. I was told to take hot sauce and gargle with it so I did and since have not been able to sing and still have periodic moments of whispers when trying to speak. HELP!!!!! I don't know what to do. Normally when I loose my voice it get it back w/in a week or so. This is the longest time frame. Open to all suggestions.

I've had horrible sinus issues for years to the point where I sneeze almost constantly, have a runny stuffy nose, headaches, and loss of smell...The medications are losing their effect I've been on them so long....I'm miserable, and I've read about these Sinus Wars tablets but they are a bit expensive...anyone ever tried?

I've had them before, but this time is different. I feel like I have to pee frequently but only a little comes out. It doesn’t hurt and there is no blood. I know I'm supposed to urinate right after sex, which I do. Could this be a light infection, or I wonder a sign of pregnancy? My husband and I are trying to get pregnant? If it is a light infection, what would you recommend doing? I don't want to go to the doctor if I don't have to. Like I said it doesn’t hurt, right now anyway.
