If the jumping up and down trick doesn't work, put in a little isopropyl alcohol, the drier alcohol the better. I keep a bottle of 99 per cent around the house. 80 per cent will work if that is all you have. Absorb the excess with a q tip. If water stays in over time you can get a nasty infection known as "swimmers ear."

Lay on that side overnight, the water will pour out on its own - it will dry out in a day or two anyway. Its really bad to get water in your ears though, just think all the bacteria that was floating in the bath water, the dirt and sweat from your skin & probably other more revolting microbes are now in the perfectly warm, damp, dark, breeding ground called your middle ear. your next question will probably be about painful ear infections - you have been warned lol xx

If the water doesn't come out, in a dropper or small teaspoon put some white vinegar and cooking or olive oil in it and mix it together as good as possible, then get someone to drop it into your ear. The vinegar will stop any bacteria from forming and the oil will lubracate your ear. Hopefully the water will come out, if it doesn't go see your doctor. If it doesn't come out you could get what they call Swimmers ear, this is very painful. I know this from experience!! Hope this helps!!

Tip your head so the ear that has the water is up, put some rubbing alcohol in your ear, cover your ear with a Kleenex then tip your head in the other direction. The water should come right out.

What were you doing in the tub? Soaking your head?

Try tilting your head so the ear with the water in it is down towards the ground, and hopping on one foot until you feel the water drain out.

What you do is turn your head to one side and shake your head to one side and hit your hand against your other ear while jumping on one foot....

It's sounds stupid but it works great:)

Try tilting your head to one side and then the other. It might help it drain a little.
