Hydroxia is not a prescription or OTC. It does not show up in the USP, and all OTC and prescription drugs do.
So, I assume it's a herbal or supplement. You have to be very careful because many of them have drug interactions or side effects.

do you mean hydroxyurea (brand name Hydrea)? I don't know of a drug called hydroxia.
