That's against the law. You can be arrested for doing something that would cause a person to become unconscious. It's assault and depending on HOW you do it, you could be charge with a felony.

well it depends if you want to kill them or keep them alive at the same time. I recommend sneaking from behind for either way. When they are not aware, their bodies do not react defensively and therefore will be easier to get 'unconscious'. I recommend using the chemical they put on tissue (like in films) to do so...
