Have your self check by a doctor.

Some is very general term.

It could mean 3 minutes or 3 hours of Jogging.

Just walk, start with 5 minutes in one direction and return, slowly increase the time.

Then increase the speed.

Then run slow, then again increase the speed slowly.

The jog.

Jogging is high impact. Should be avoided.

You need to get in shape. So try above.
