i am suffering from a very bad sinus u cud say. heavy pressure on the top of my head with a very very sore neck pain. i tried to take excerdirn but it does not give me immediate relive. please sugest me a good pill that gives immediate relive and also natural remedies are welcome. please help me immediatly to get better. its killing me!!!!

OK check this out i have a friend who has some serious mental issues. almost every year she tells some poor guy shes pregnant now the thing is she had her tubes tied about 14 + years ago. a couple of years ago when she went around telling every one she was pregnant she carried out this little game for way over a year lol finely i got fed up and said joan i thought you should have had that baby 6 months ago well with in 2 days of me saying this she had a so called miscarriage. she has 3 children that she gave up years ago and i think these little lies are distrubing to her kids. the girl has made up every kind of medical condition you can think of.. just to bum money off of people. is there any thing that can be done? i try to avoid her at all cost cause she gets on my last nerve but its kinda hard when she wont take get lost for a answer.
help please any advice will be useful

HELP! I am a total klutz! I trip over EVERYTHING, I knock things over I fall down for no apparent reason, the works. Needless to say, this is very embarrasing.. I would really likem to improve me balance, propheial perception, ect. Pilaties and yoga probably wont work because ill just fall over and break my arm, a lamp, or both. Any ideas? PLEASE, Im desperate!

What should I expect? Im getting 4 pulled in all but over 2 visits, 2 teeth one visit, then 2 weeks later the other 2.

IF YOU'VE HAD THIS DONE BEFORE-What does it feel like? Does it bleed a lot?

DENTISTS-Any advice? Please, help me, Im very nervous. How long does it take you to pull out 2 teeth on average?

The test is for DOT and it may be observed. I have to take it this coming Thursday and I know I will be dirty. What is the level of nanograms they check for and what is the exact temperature they will be looking for? Also I will be getting someone else's pee and putting it in a condomn and then coming back to my house to heat it up in the microwave, will this work? How long should it be in the micro? The lab is about three miles away from my house and then I may sit for about 10-15 minutes cause you know how they are.

My doctor prescribed Premarin vaginal cream to treat my vaginal dryness after menopause. She told me it doesn't have the side effects that you see in estrogen pills. However, all I have read online so far indicates that vaginal cream has the exact same side effects as estrogen pills. I have taken estrogen pills before and suffered severe migraines, so I am worried about testing the vaginal cream. Any experiences you can share?

i got my ears peirced this is my second time but anyway i forogt to clean them for couple of days now i started again with alhohol and one side is fine but the right side of my ear when i turn the earing like i am supposed it hurts. but no redness or anything.
what i can i do just keep cleaning it if it is infected or take out my earing. I do not know what to do i never had an infection from ears periced b4 i know it is not allergic reaction bc im only alregic to fake jewlery i know this is real gold.
