If you're in puberty, it's normal and something like dance classes or athletic activity, or learning to play a musical instrument will help tremendously. If you're older than that, you should probably check out your health because you may have a balance problem and a therapeutic answer is out there for you. Pilates and yoga are a great start because you can do a lot of it while lying down.

Some people are more accident-prone than others.

Have your eyes checked: Sometimes people are klutzes because they simply can't see well. And have a check-up to make sure you don't have any other hidden problems.

And yes, I do recommend the exercises too. Keep a mat that you can do them on so the falls won't hurt.

Above all else, relax: You would be surprised at how many accidents happen because the person is simply trying too hard.

Good luck!

Before you look into exercises and such you should have your ears checked (equilibrium problem) make sure you are not dehydrated. And make sure you don't have low blood sugar.
You might have a medical condition that if treated will give you the stability you long for!
