well if your having sleeping problems at night then you might want to try exercising more during the day and not sleeping at all during the day. also no caffine after 8:00pm or you might have a harder time sleeping. If you do these things you will probaly having a better night sleep.

It works for me.

Doing meditation and breathing exercises will automatically relax you and it is not expensive, not dangerous and has no side effects. If you are with others, it can be very calming and serene for all involved. Make sure you clear all thoughts that would distract you from concentrating on your breathing. I guess you wish to help someone who has a problem sleeping. So this is my suggestion to you.

OR : watch something funny before going to bed, laugh all your negative out and do not go to bed until you feel sleepy!

Good luck

It's kind of hard to make someone sleepy if
your are trying to do it and you do not want
them to know. Is there a reason you do not
want them to know you are doing this ? Need
more information please.
