the quickest way to lose weight is to stop eating as soon as you begin to feel full. make yourself leave the table since your appetite has been satisfied. only eating until your hunger is gone will help the pounds to drop.
also, make a steadfast rule----no eating after 8:00. the later we eat, these less the body is able to break down fats until it has rested.
Finally, drink plenty of water. i would recommend at least 6 full glasses of water per day.
Not that you want to hear this, but following this plan i have lost 140 lbs. since January. i still have some additional lbs. to lose.
the plan does work.
good luck!

I'm sorry, I'm Italian so I don't know English sizes and weights very well.
Anyway I suggest you to eat not only breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also snacks in the afternoon (fruits or yogurt). If you don't eat snacks, you will be more hungry and your body absorbes everything you eat, so you get fat without eating much.
Anyway it's dangerous to loose many kilos in a short period of time, because after the diet you will gain all the kilos you have lost and also more kilos.
I'm 21 years old, I'm 1.60 m tall (that means...let me calculate with the convertitor of my mobile...ft 5.2) and my weight is between 63 and 65 kilos (that means, between 138 and 143 pounds). I want to get slim, but I like chocolate too much...

I went from a 20 to a 12 in 5 months.
The secret is drink black coffee before walking and you must have at least 1 cup in the morning. It speeds up matabolism-
Trust me i've had 4 kids, and 3 of them was in 2 and a half years.
I'm still a 12 , 4 years and one more baby on.

there is no quick fix with weight I'm afraid. just think, it takes 9 months to put on the baby weight so don't think it will all go straight away.
eat 3 square meals a day, do exercise and drink plenty of water.
i know what it's like as i was a size 6 before i had my daughter 15 months ago, i still have my extra fold (or 2) on my tummy, but running around all day after a toddler and eating well is helping me.
i wouldn't recommend diet pills without consulting your doctor first.

I lost 54 lbs...but it took 9 months...I don't think "quick" weight loss is a good idea....especially after baby...you might get more stretch marks than you would like and losing weight any faster than 1-2 lbs a week will be easily regained. Check out my before and after pic here http://www.healthandstrength.net
Here is what I did to lose the weight. The more you do the better!
Hopefull some of this can help you. It worked for me and I didnt go on a crazy diet or any weird pills
1. NEVER EVER ate sugar. It's a poison that makes us older, sicker, fatter and tired...all things we dont want. Seriously, sugar is the one who does the dirty work in weight gain. Stop eating it all together. You can see my list of ingredients to avoid when shopping here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweeka.htm...
2. Drink ALOT of water. 2-3 liters a day. The more the merrier! We need about half our body weight in ounces JUST for regular body functions! When you feel thirsty, that means you are already dehydrated and lose brain function. Water flushes toxins from your fat cells and keeps you younger.
3. Exercise!!! So very important. Here http://www.healthandstrength.net/abexe.htm... are my favorite ab exercises. I also do cardio 4-5 days a week for about 30 minutes a time.
4. Eat less. How many calories do you think is in that burger or that plate of fries or in that handful of chips. What about overfilling our plates? If you go here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweek.htm... I wrote something about saving on calories and losing weight.
5. Go to sleep before 10pm. Your body starts repairing and rebuilding and speeding up weight loss while you sleep only if you sleep at about 10pm. If you are awake and go to bed at 12, you miss out on that very important time.
6. BE POSITIVE. Be thankful every day and love yourself
7. BE CONSISTANT! That I think is the KEY to losing weight. So what if you went a week and only lost a pound...or didnt lose any...KEEP going. DON'T stop. This is a lifelong commitment, so stick to it and one day you will open your eyes and need a new wardrobe!
8. Eat more veggies and skinny friendly foods. I have my list of my top ten foods that I ate to lost weight here http://www.healthandstrength.net/tenfoods.htm...
80% veggies at every meal including breakfast will keep you young and help you lose weight.
Good luck and remember you are the only one who decides what goes into your body.

Some people swear by the fat-burning plan, and it is easily found on the net by putting "fat-burning" into a search engine. However it is very strict and I've never been able to stick by the rules enough to turn my body into this "fat-burning machine", but I have lost a bit of weight when I have tried it in the past. Caroline M Shreeve wrote a book about fat burning foods in which she referred to rapid weight loss fat-burning diets which had initially come from medical personnel. Her view was that although the medical profession does not like to be seen to support rapid weight-loss they will advise it if it is necessary for surgery. Good luck.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

at the age of 14...i decided that i wanted 2 lose weight so i done the really stupid thing and stoped eating and been came addictived to exerciase....of corse within 5 months of doing this i became to thin and was sent to a psychiatrist and this is when i was told that i have anorexia....i was admitted to hospital for 6 months to build myself back up...so obviously this is NOT the way to lose weight...and i came to realise that you should just be happy with who you are whatever weight you are....but if you seriously want to lose weight then the best way is to eat 3 healthy meals a day (never skip a meal), always have breakfast...moderate exercise (at least for 30 minutes a day) but as you have 2 kids basicallly running around after them and doing housework (try and do it in double the amount of time) should get you on the way., you could also try a slimmers class....but you should never lose weight as quickly as you want as this is unhealthy and could damage your insides...losing around 1-3 pound as week is the healthiest weight to lose...good luck!

This works great for me..
Try do any kind of vigorous exercise 3x a day for 15 minutes. I power walked, went up and down my basement stairs, raked leaves, jump rope, anything to get my heart beating.
It takes commitment but it works. It has something to do with keeping your metabolism working.
Also I kept away from white sugar products. For me white sugar gave my body an energy burst that doesn’t last and drained me after my sugar high was over. It was very hard for me to get over the sugar withdraw the first 3 days . It took about a week to get my body trained.
I went from size 14 to size 10 in about 5 months. STAY AWAY from McDonalds, Chips and Crackers.. " these gave me sugar cravings HUGE" I have fallen off the diet wagon and feel low energy but now you have motivated me to get in the swing again. Thanks

Hi beccy...
easiest way? try burning off more calories than what you are consuming. Cardiovascular and aerobic exercises (which train your heart too) are most effective. Try jogging, sports or some martial arts. Its also a slow process, but patience is always rewarded..
Hope this helps ;)
