My right ankle hurts so much which made me harder to walk. It hurts since last 2 days. I treat it by massaging and using some treatment cream but it still doesnt work. I dont know what causes this pain. And what disease this could be if it was a disease

Isn’t it very ironic that people say that our immigration policy is too restrictive in this country and that the requirements for citizenship are too prohibitive as well. Yet it’s almost impossible to become a citizen in any of the nations south of the Rio Grande. Its especially hard in Mexico, in fact until recently you were not considered a citizen of Mexico unless your family went back at least two generations. Being born in Mexico wasn’t enough to be called Mexican or to hold office.

I'm 58, and I had bypass surgery 4 years ago. I take Lopressor for blood pressure, and Lipitor and Niaspan for cholesterol, and 162 mg aspirin daily. I can't get a decent erection anymore, and get only half hard. Is my medication to blame, or my age, or a combination? Is there anything I can do besides taking something like Viagra?

I usually exercise by running or walking. Now, I have started specific exercises and weight lifting to tone myself better. I am having problems with my abs. I don't really have access to very good weight lifting eqipment, so please tell me, besides sit ups, what other exercises can I do to tone my abs?

I'm having really bad pains in my throat especially when I swallow, it's been like this for 2-3 days now. The other thing that's weird is that i'm feeling so much pain in my hands,my sides,my throat,my mouth and in my legs. I'm feeling completely weak as in my arms and legs and everything feels weak and it pretty much makes me not really able to walk around unless I want to be in pain. I don't understand why it's like this..Is it normal or is there something wrong?

I am 44 years old and have acne for the first itme ever. But it is on my bottom. I have had it for about 8 months. My doctor has given me anti-biotic gel to use. But it is not working. I have been dating a guy for about 3 months and he wants to take our relationship to the next level (Making Love). But I keep putting him off because of this. Plus some times it actually hurts, especially when the pimples get big, just setting hurts. My doctor is not taking it very serious. But I am embarrassed. And some times in pain. I don't have it any where else. I eat healthy, and work out at the gym. Can someone give me some advise please?

I injured my neck and now it seems like everytime I try to get back into a workout regime, I re-injure. Apart from the normal neck excercises for PT, are there any methods/workouts that work well? I can't do situps at all anymore!!! And I can't jog because that makes my neck hurt the next day! Help?!?

I have a serious problem related to my life ..can u help?
i am doing my engineering .i have lost 3 years because of attendance shortage(because of an accident).i wasn't allowed to take up my exams.I am slipping into depression..its been many years since i spoke to anyone in my family although we have been living in the same house.i just sit in my room day after day..week after week..trying to figure out a solution but no one even bothers to knock on my door
I am avoiding all my friends till i find the answers.
i havent completed my graduation...
i never get out of my room.
though i have never seen drugs till now...my dad thinks im into drugs...

my family isnt bothered ...i consulted a psychiatrist but it did'nt help much..
i have also attemted suicide a few times.
i know that sounds week but i had no other choise. in the place where i live..,people treat you like dirt if you are'nt educated.(atleast a basic degree). now i seriously want to complete engineering but..

For two days now I have had this pain in my chest. On the left side of my chest, right above where my heart is. At first I thought I slept in the wrong position, but its been two days now. It hurts to breathe sitting up and standing up, but not lying down. It hurts exhaling but not inhaling . Last check up my Dr said my cholesterol was just a little high, that was Feb.-06, could high cholesterol be the cause of this pain? I know that its not a sign of a stroke or heart attack, gas or indigestion and has nothing to do with my lungs,(my back doesnt hurt when i'm breathing), does anyone know what it might be? I really dont wait to go to the hospital, I have no one to care for my son if I get admitted, so all answers that are helpful will be appreciated, thanks
