I am getting braces in 4 days and I want to whiten my teeth before I get them. What would you suggest me to use to whiten my teeth?

Teeth loose their whiteness due to age,
cavities and eatingfood like coffee,tea,
cola which stain the teeth.Tobacoo and
some antibiotics also cause stains.
Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen
peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient.
A cheap and natural tooth whitening home
remedy uses few strawberries but certain
precautions have to be taken.I found the
information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

put a little baking soda (not too much though) on to a wet toothbrush and use this to brush your teeth thoroughly, then brush your teeth as usual with toothpaste to get rid of the taste. Do this as often as possible.

Also, when you have your braces on make sure you clean them very often because if you dont, they can leave little white squares on your teeth after theyve been removed! good luck with them tho!

mash up one medium size strawberry and add like one tsp. of baking soda and rub on your teeth, you can just use your finger
(i know the strawberry sounds weird but some of the vitamins in it can help whiten your teeth).

I know this souds gross but I have 2 that really work. 1 peroxide. Yes the kind you put on cuts it really works just dip your toothbrush in a little and brush. 2 baking soda. Yes that powdery white stuff. Put a little on your tooth brush and brush. It tastes relly nasty on your tongue but it s guarenteed to work!
