I'm going through some stuff right now, and I would just feel a lot better if I told someone about it. My school counselor's too busy, my parents are crazy, and some of this stuff involves my friends so I can't tell them about it. Maybe through email, AIM .. any of you?

Can you write the bad stuff in a list? This will help you in the meantime....until you find someone you can trust to talk to....try a minister/priest, or school counselor - Hey I pay taxes and they owe you an appointment!

1. List the stuff that's bugging you .......and rip it up in a thousand pieces and throw it away.

2. Now a new list of stuff that's still bugging you.

3. Now a list of things you like about you.

4. Now a list of stuff that you want to do/accomplish.

5. Cross the things off the list of things you want to do/accomplish as you complete them.....this gives you a feeling of self control.

6. When something bugs you and you want to get it out, do exactly that.....get it out in writing.....and then destroy the paper. You already got that out.....so don't bother with it again....unless it keeps bugging you...and write it out...and ask yourself what is it that's the source of this....remember back to when this first hit you....as wrong.....or bad.

7. Realize that we all have things that bug us....some of us just find different ways to get it out.

Keep Going Kid....You'll do fine.......just get it out!!! safely!!!

You go tell the counselor you have to talk to them, like now. That's what they're being paid for!

There should be a councilor within the school that are there to help, or if that fails, go to your religion teacher, priest, pastor, or clergy, They will give you advice.
