i dont want to gain it back again i want to be healthy

i cant go veg because i did that last year and i got too skinny and my mom got angry

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Yes.

However, you've got to change your ideas. You think that a diet is something that you DO, and when you're DONE then you're all set.

Unfortunately, what you need to think about is a LIFESTYLE change that is "for life". You need to learn to eat a little healthier while exercising a little more. You need to find foods that you like that are not full of killer calories, carbs, fats, etc. You need to find an exercise (running, golf, swimming, dancing, SOMETHING) that you love to do (I run and bike).

You don't say why you need to lose 10 pounds. Personally, I don't think that weight is that important unless you're a wrestler trying to make weight, or a jockey, etc. Instead, you need to try to lose BODY FAT and have muscle instead. I've seen people who weight the same amount but have 2, 3 or 4 dress size differences because of their fat/muscle ratios.

Adopt a few lil diet changes like...
A...make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day (being a chick, I can lose 10 pounds just by keeping my system flushed & not letting it retain the fluids)
B....stay around 1500 calories would help
C....try to make a better choice when you have one in front of you, (i.e. instead of potato w/ extra butter, try eating another veggie or more salad)
D... if you can make the lower fat selection, do it... (i.e. instead of frying, eat baked, instead of regular milk, drink lower fat milks like 1%.)
E... get a bit of exercise.. walking, swimming, hiking in the woods... There are a ton of fun activites to do that don't feel like exercise...
F ...Attitude is everything. THINK THIN!!! You will feel it & look it...

go veg! I stopped eating meat for about a year and a half and I've lost about 15lbs without altering my diet in any other way. I just recently began eating chicken again and I'm still 15lbs lighter than I used to be. It's very healthy!!

honestly the best thing to do is get support. Go to Sparkpeople.com. They are a diet site that works with you to lose weight. There are support groups, recipes, exercises, calorie login. It is a great site. I have already lost 10 lbs on there. Tell them Firemansgirl001 sent you. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

you have to alter your lifestyle in some kind of way, like eating better, doing more exercise blah blah blah. or go to something like jenny craig.
