Have had panic attacks since 4 yrs ago. Lately, it has been ok as I am on medication. Two days ago, I started feeling the attacks when I am at work even though I've taken the medication. I felt like choking, my body went cold, felt giddy and just felt like running out of the office. Whatz happening? I made appointment to see my psychologist next wk - hvn't seen her in 6 mths as I was okay but now till then, my fears are that I will break down at work & that's the last thing I want to happen. Any advise how to handle this? I have alot of negative tots in my mind.....is that the reason?

i am 5' 9" and i only weight about 130 pounds, my question is, does anyone know a healthy way to put weight on. i have tried eating more and nothing seems to work for me. i do have thyroid probs, but am on medication that takes care of it. i am very frustrated with this. no matter what i do i cant gain weight, and no i have no health issues besides the one.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have noticed that I have to shut one eye and only use the other eye when trying to read. I do it without even noticing it..... It is very straining on the eye i am using. And it usually happens more when I am trying to read something or I am on the computer. I have been using computers since 97 so i don't think that is my problem (a new user) but i tend to see double with both eyes open while reading and can't quite focus with both eyes open. Does anyone have even a hint about why this might be happenin to me, oh, and another thing..... I don't wear glasses but was told years ago to wear reading glasses when reading, but this has never happened until a few weeks ago. Can someone tell me why this is going on and what can be done for it. Thanks in advance you all..

Well when I Had my baby I had went on brith control for a 1 year it was the shot At first my period was find now it all mess up one time I do not have a period for 6 months because I was on the shot but I got off it was still like that I want to the doctor and he said that is normal he said he had lot of girls come and tell him that it will go back to normal so 1 month it came on 4 four month and now it happen again I am little over wieght and I eat a lot of sweet and salt dont know what is the problem is please tell me

going through a change in my life and moving also. I feel that has brought on these hives.Only had them for maybe 2days but they are itchy and seem to keep spreading.Including my face and especially my hands which are the itchest.

actually 6 year before i fell down in backward direction. from then my low back pain is maintained and sometimes its very severe. my x-ray report tell us that I HAVE A LOSS OF LUMBAR CURVATURE i'm taking few medice and doing some regular exercises too. but then also result is same. MY IONIC AND CALCIUM SERUM IS ALSO LESS. my age is 20. height 5'6 and weight 50 kg. i'm thin.

i finally think i have to admit that i need my meds to live. if i don't take my meds i think i'll die because i am not chemically balanced and may kill myself either suicide or unintenally by doing something unsafe like i do drive 100 mph down I-95 and I-4 like an idiot, yes that would be me and not purposely. i try not to, but then it just happens, when i'm not taking my meds correctly. i think that is what the shrink meant by the diagnosis he gave me too... ok later peeps and thanks for comments and help here.

I'm 17 year olds, but am in dire need of all the vitamins Centrum (from A to Zinc) has to offer.However, the label says adults only, keep away from children. Can I, as a 17 year old teen take it as well? Would there be any negative affects?

I need to know how i can lose 30 Lbs fast.....I have tryed everything and I just want to get down to my ideal weight. There's a clinic here in town that pays like $35 every time you donate plasma. I went by there though and was really grossed out because there were lots of dirty skanky crackhead looking people there and the stadd wasn't exactly groomed looking either. Is it safe and are there any side effects? I'm needing a little extra money for the holidays and figured if I could do that two or three times a week I'd save up plenty.

If I take a multi vitamin, plus calcium for a bone fracture, plus msm, glucosamine/condroitin for tendinitis, plus a vitamin c supplement, plus omega three, will my body be able to absorb and use it all as if I were only taking one at a time? feasbly, how many more viatmins could I add before my body started wasting a lot of it?

I had an ectopic pregnancy and lost my right tube. 7 months later, I went in for a vaginal ultrasound and was told that my right ovary is larger than my left ovary and that the dominant follicle on my right ovary is larger than the dominant follicle on my left ovary. What does this mean? Does this mean I mostly ovulate from my right ovary?
